Born in Denton, Texas, Lauren grew up south of Atlanta in Peachtree City, Georgia. Lauren attended Georgia College in Milledgeville where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Lauren attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University where she received her J.D. in May 2014. Lauren began practicing in the Macon area following her admission to the Georgia Bar in November 2014. Lauren joined Adams, Jordan & Herrington, P.C. in April 2017. Lauren met her husband, Wes, when the two were in law school at Mercer together. They are members of Vineville United Methodist Church. In her free time, Lauren is active in the Junior League of Macon and has served on its Board of Directors since 2019.
